James Kerr, a Contemporary Abstract Artist living near Stratford upon Avon, England, first began as a decorative painter for London's leading interior designers. There he honed his craft and use of colour, paint and materials, and has since built an enviable reputation for gutsy abstracted work. James uses abstract shapes, blocks of colour, along with thick layers of impasto paint, to create unique, colourful and dimensional art. "Blue Tableau," a replicated canvas available exclusively from Black Label by Uttermost, is framed in white oak with a walnut colour ceruse finish.
